Baklava production is carried out under the leadership of Bahattin Gökçin. In our production facility, a training process takes place from apprenticeship to master, just like a school. The best craftsmen work in our company to ensure that all the manufactured products reach our consumers with the same quality. It takes care to collect raw materials in its own season, select them carefully and keep them fresh. The products produced by the skilled craftsmen are used in oak wood and cooked in a stone oven. It is also flavored with natural sugar sherbet made from sugar beet. Products that are determined to reach the standards of Mustafa Gökçin baklavaları in terms of taste and quality are brought to the consumer. No additives that can negatively affect human health are used in all of our products, and attention is paid to personnel and production area hygiene.
